Patricia is the founding partner of the firm. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and her Masters Degree in Taxation from Widener University. She became a Certified Management Accountant in 1996, a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor in 2000. Pat has extensive experience working in the small business arena. She is a adjunct instructor at a Delaware University. She is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Association of Professionals in Business Management, National Society of Tax Profesionals and the National Association of Tax Professionals. She is passed the IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer exam in 2012 and onbtained her Public Accounting License in 2013.
James I Clark, Jr. PA James is a licensed Public Accountant. He has over 20 years experience in the preparation of individual tax returns and 25 years experience providing consulting, accounting and tax planning services to small businesses. He has supplemented his education with courses offered by the AICPA in the areas of GAAP, FASB, and tax law. He is served as Controller for a major manufacturing firm located in New Castle DE.
